Interesting facts about the city tour
Our hop-on, hop-off day ticket allows you to plan your visit to Hamburg individually. You can get on, off and change buses at a total of 20 stops. The buses pass each stop regularly.
Our starting points at the St. Pauli Landungsbrücken 1-2 and at the main train station/Kirchenallee are ideal for starting the tour.
Along the Waterkant to the Elbphilharmonie, then through the HafenCity and into the Speicherstadt, the UNESCO World Heritage Site. Other districts worth seeing, such as Harvestehude with its magnificent villas on the Outer Alster, Hamburg-Mitte with its beautiful town hall or St. Pauli with the sinful Reeperbahn, always offer opportunities for further exploration.

One wheelchair per bus is possible. The entrance for passengers with wheelchairs and pushchairs is located at the rear bus door. Wheelchair users can board the bus via a mobile ramp.
There is space for one wheelchair or pushchair inside the bus. You are welcome to register with us by telephone and we will reserve a space for your wheelchair.
Please note that the upper deck can only be reached by stairs, but you can be assured that the city tour experience is also guaranteed on the lower deck.
Severely disabled passengers who are significantly limited in their ability to walk (disability code G), are helpless (disability code H), are deaf (disability code Gl) or are blind (disability code Bl) can, upon request, receive a supplement with a token from the pension office with their severely disabled person’s pass with an orange-coloured area printed on it. The supplement entitles you to free travel on local public transport throughout Germany, so you can travel for free on the red double-deckers on route A when you present your pass and the supplement with token. Severely disabled persons whose pass entitles them to take one companion (code B) can take one companion with them free of charge, even if they do not have a supplementary sheet with a valid token.

You want to feel the charm of the Alster? Then this city tour on the water is perfect for you. The white Alster steamers take you around the Outer Alster, close to the shore, from where you can explore the popular sights and world-famous buildings of the Hanseatic city from the water. The ‘pearl of the city centre’ sparkles particularly brightly when viewed from the white Alster steamers.
